The Company manufactures and markets wound and skin care products primarily to healthcare distributors serving four business segments:
- Acute Care Hospitals and Sub-Acute
- Wound Clinics Long Term Care and Rehabilitation
- Clinics Home Care Providers
- Primary Care Physician Practices
Advancing wound care by introducing novel therapies, empowering caregivers, and focusing on patients' unmet needs is the Company's mission. The Company intends to play a major role in promoting newer active therapies within the field. Additionally, the Company will continue to look for acquisitions accretive to shareholder earnings, and additive to their growing manufacturing base of operations.
